A marriage of various Spanish sherry casks including PX, Oloroso, Manzanilla along with a Mudgee vintage Port cask.
Aromatics of dark chocolate, cherry with some sherry sweetness that carries through to the palate with dark choc , dried fruits, coffee and biscuit.
A long finish whisky to savour slowly as the flavours unfold in the glass.
