GT a very special cask as it’s the first of our Wombat Works Series , the special releases that are outside our standard releases.GT is named by my master cooper , my mate and mentor Andrew Young aka Youngy as this is a 3 year trial we did using a variation of our usual toast and char.
The new make spirit is I AM… so our complex flavour base.
It’s an exciting release as this sets the course for our future direction of the I AM… releases.
