New make spirit was sourced from friends of Craft Works, Tin Shed Distillery in South Australia then matured in our tin shed in Capertee NSW. Thus 2 Sheds was born.
Consisting of 2 x 100 litre ex Shriaz / Oloroso seasoned, re-coopered casks with toast & heavy char (Super Cask) with Spirit from Tin Shed Distilling Co.
Release 1 in our The Ages Series of Indi Bottlings.
2x YN Oak re-coopered ex Shiraz / Oloroso seasoned French Oak casks with toast & heavy char.
ABV: 54.9%
